Tell the Corporation Commission you want LOWER electric bills –
NOT a rate increase.
Oklahoma Gas &
Electric (OG&E) has asked the Oklahoma Corporation Commission for a $73 million rate increase. This will equate to a $6.50 increase for residential customers per month.
AARP believes Oklahomans deserve a rate DECREASE – not an increase.
An electric rate increase could force Oklahoma seniors to choose between food, medications and electricity. Based on a recent AARP survey, we know that nearly half of Oklahomans surveyed are having trouble paying their monthly utility bills.
We need your help! The Corporation Commission is set to hear OG&E's rate increase request beginning December 13th. Sign our petition below and tell Commissioners you want a rate DECREASE, not an increase!
