I am a Social Security voter.

I and millions of Americans pay into Social Security with every paycheck our entire working lives. It is our hard-earned money. Social Security helps put food on the table, pay for medication, and keep the lights on at home.

Social Security is one of the most successful initiatives in American history. It has helped generations of older Americans stay out of poverty and live with dignity after a lifetime of hard work. But action is required by Congress in the next seven years to keep it strong for future generations.
