Ban Pay-for-Delay Deals

New Yorkers are paying among the highest prices in the world for the medicines they need. It's outrageous. No one should have to choose between buying medicine and paying for food or rent.

The prices for vital drugs that millions of New Yorkers rely on keep rising. Legislation to help New Yorkers access more affordable prescription drugs (S.4370-B / A.7245-A) would prohibit brand name drug companies from compensating generic drug manufacturers to delay making their lower-cost medications available to consumers. State legislators need to act now.
