Representative Duel is the sponsor of House Bill 2741, the Oklahoma Elder Exploitation and Abuse Act. The Oklahoma Elder Exploitation and Abuse Act allows incapacitated individuals and vulnerable adults through their legal representatives, to pursue claims of neglect, exploitation or abuse if he or she lacks the capacity to pursue such claims on his or her behalf.
