New York can do better for low-income utility customers!

Over a million New York utility customers are eligible for lower bills through an Energy Assistance Program, but they haven’t been enrolled. We can do better, and all it takes is a little more communication between the state and utility companies.

Fortunately, the State Legislature passed legislation to ensure more eligible utility customers get connected with the help they need, and now it is up to Governor to make that happen!
