Raise Your Voice Against the Oncor Rate Hike!

Oncor, Texas' largest transmission and distribution utility, is requesting to raise customers' rates by about $834 million.

If approved by a judge and state utility regulators, the new rates would result in an increase of around $7 a month for a customer using 1,000 kilowatt hours of electricity, with many customers seeing a nearly $20-a-month increase.

Many Texans are struggling to pay their utility bills along with other necessities like food, medicine and housing. That's why AARP Texas is calling for you to help fight Oncor's proposal to raise your rates.
