Tell Your Lawmaker to Support Keystone Saves
Saving for retirement is one of the most important things you can do for your future.
Yet, roughly 2 million Pennsylvania workers can’t save for retirement out of their regular paycheck, even though having access to payroll deduction makes people 15 times more likely to save.
Saving for retirement is particularly challenging for small-business employers and their workers. Over 41 percent of Pennsylvania private sector workers ages 18 to 64 in 2020 were employed by businesses that do not offer any type of retirement plan.
Keystone Saves - a state-facilitated retirement savings program - can fix that. It would provide an easy way for workers to save out of their regular paycheck, helping them grow the savings they need to live independently as they age.
Urge our state lawmakers to pass Keystone Saves so all workers have a chance to grow the savings they need for a secure future.
