Vermonters Can't Afford to Wait for Paid Leave

No one should have to choose between their paycheck and caring for themselves or their loved ones. But an estimated 73% of Vermont workers do not have access to paid family and medical leave.

That’s why we're calling on Vermont lawmakers to pass a strong paid leave bill next legislative session. This would ensure that no Vermonter risks their paycheck to care for a loved one, welcome a new child, seek safety from domestic violence, or recover from a health crisis.

The time for action is now. Sign your name in support of passing a strong paid leave bill in 2024.
