Time is running out to stop out-of-state lenders from charging Arkansans 280% interest!

The Arkansas Constitution caps interest on consumer loans at 17% Annual Percentage Rate (APR). But an out-of-state predatory lender is using a loophole to charge up to 280 percent APR!

Senate Bill 658 will seal shut this loophole. The next state House of Representatives vote on SB658 could be our last chance in 2017 to close this loophole!

So please send a message to your State Representative to vote YES on SB658. Less than 8 years after payday lenders left Arkansas, we can't let predatory lenders regain a foothold in our state!
