A Special Session for Rate Hikes!

Governor Eric Greitens has called a special session of the Missouri General Assembly, starting Monday, May 22nd, for the purpose of raising rates on average Missourians.

The Governor is proposing giving a steel mill in Southeast Missouri a sweetheart deal that would raise everyone else's rates, but even worse, he's proposing opening the door to a wide range of schemes to raise rates on average Missourians.

Monopoly utility companies in Missouri are salivating at the propect of making even higher profits on the backs of Missouri's residential customers.

Contact YOUR Representatives NOW and urge them to oppose rate hikes!

Dear [Decision Maker],

The special session called by Governor Greitens for next week is designed to give breaks to big corporations at the expense of Missouri ratepayers.

During this special session, i would urge you to oppose any legislation that would allow monopoly utilities to raise rates on Missourians.

Sincerely,
