Keep seniors healthy, protected, and living in their homes with dignity
Next week, the Massachusetts Senate begins debate on the state budget for the coming year.
Thanks to all of you who spoke up by contacting your representatives, the House budget included many of the programs seniors rely on. However, the Senate budget fails to fully fund some important programs for older adults in the Commonwealth, and we need your help again to make sure key programs get the support they require.
Programs like Meals on Wheels, Elder Protective Services, Home and Community Based Care, and Homelessness Prevention programs are all at risk.

Dear [Decision Maker],
As your constituent, I'm contacting you to ask you to please support a budget that puts a priority on keeping seniors healthy, protected, and living in their homes with dignity. Programs such as Meals on Wheels, Protective Services, and home care services and supports make all the difference to our seniors in Massachusetts.
Sincerely,[Your Name] [Your Address] [City, State ZIP]
