Dear [Decision Maker],

Oklahoma's elderly and vulnerable adults are being taken advantage of financially at an alarming rate. Frauds and scams that target our state's seniors are growing in both number and sophistication. Adult guardianship is an area that is seeing an increase in abuse and its time Oklahoma takes action to prevent these types of crimes from being perpetrated.

HB 3328 creates the Commission on the Prevention of Abuse of Elderly and Vulnerable Adults chaired by the Attorney General. The commission, consisting of a group of community stakeholders, will examine strengths and weaknesses in Oklahoma's guardianship laws and make recommendations to strengthen protections for our state's elderly and vulnerable adults.

Thank you for your support of HB 3328. With your signature we can begin the important work of ensuring our state's elderly and vulnerable adults are protected from financial exploitation. Without this commission our state's citizens go another year without the important changes this bill could bring. With your help we can begin the important work of ensuring our citizens property and life savings stay where they belong, with them.

Sincerely,
