Tell Your State Legislator to Support Legislation to Bring Work and Save to Wisconsin!

Yesterday, the state’s Joint Finance Committee plans to cut from the state budget a proposal, known as Work and Save, that would help Wisconsin workers save for retirement.

Work and Save programs provide an easy way to for people to save for retirement out of their regular paycheck. These programs allow workers to easily save for retirement so they can take care of themselves in their later years rather than relying on government safety net programs. Plus Work and Save is an easy, low-cost solution for small businesses to offer retirement benefits allowing them to hire and keep valued employees.

Work and Save retirement accounts are good for Wisconsin workers, small businesses, and taxpayers.

Email your state representative now and tell them to support legislation that would bring a Work and Save retirement account option to Wisconsin.
