Rocky Mountain Power Wants to Raise Your Rates!

PowerLines

Rocky Mountain Power wants to raise Utah electric rates by $72 million. Customers like you would pay 6.7% more each year. It is especially bad for residential customers whose rate increase is nearly double the average increase for all types of customers! We need you to urge the Public Service Commission to reject this proposed rate increase.

Send a message to the Public Service Commission now and tell them that in these times of economic uncertainty and higher unemployment we shouldn't be raising rates to increase profits for Rocky Mountain Power. AARP agrees with the consumer advocate and other parties that the data shows rates should be decreased instead.
