For years, Congress has failed to fix how Medicare pays doctors, often leading to threats of big payment cuts. If they don't fix this problem, doctors could stop taking Medicare patients. You may no longer have access to the doctors you know and trust.

But right now, Congress is considering paying doctors by cutting Medicare benefits. If we don't act now, we could see increased premiums, higher co-pays and deductibles, or limits on who's eligible for benefits.
